Flatlander Agri Services Ltd. is a retail
chemical and fertilizer outlet located at Clyde, which is
45 minutes north of Edmonton, AB.
Flatlander is an independent dealer, locally owned and operated. Our customer
base has grown to currently represent an area of influence touching
four counties with additional customers in the Alberta & BC Peace area.
At Flatlander we have a wealth of knowledge and expertise
to help you optimize your farm production. We offer agronomic expertise
and advanced record keeping tools to address your farming needs and
assist with crop planning... We provide crop scouting, weed identification
and sound agronomic recommendations that will assist you with all
of your crop production issues.
We offer a full line of dry and NH3 fertilizers, crop protection products and
seed. We are a licensed dispenser and applicator and maintain a CPEC
warehouse. Flatlander has a full range of agronomic services, including
custom floating of dry fertilizers, NH3 application equipment and
delivery of both NH3 and dry fertilizers. We also do custom spraying
with a high clearance sprayer.
Our people and tools are in place to help strengthen our relationship with you
and enhance the value we provide.

Successful Field Day
On August 23, 2007 Flatlander held another successful Field Day tour. There was
plenty of interesting information from guest
speakers in the area of Micro Nutrients, new plant diseases and plant
varieties.
After the tour, everyone enjoyed a deep fried
turkey supper.

New Fertilizer Blending Plant
We, at Flatlander, are pleased to announce the completion of our new fertilizer
blending plant.
With the addition of the new plant we can load 2 customers at once. We can unload
at the same time that we load, which means
that you will no longer have to wait while
we refill the plant. That should reduce waiting
time to almost nothing.
Starting this spring producers will need to stop in
the office to pick up your blend sheets, then you will be directed
to the appropriate spout (#1 or #2).
With this new plant we feel that your loading time
be significantly decreased, allowing you more time in the field! “LESS WAITING”
Please feel free to stop in and see the new fertilizer
plant.
